You’ll love this recipe because it is so easy to make and it tastes amazing. This recipe is perfect for parties or family gatherings. You can make the dough ahead of time, which makes life so much easier! It’s also a great dish for kids because it can be eaten with your hands but also tastes delicious. The only downside is that these are very messy so watch out for spills!

We recommend using puff pastry as it makes these empanadas so much easier to make and they’ll still taste amazing. You can even use store-bought puff pastry if you’re in a rush or just don’t feel like making your own dough (though we really recommend trying it if you get the chance). If not, don’t worry—we’ve got instructions for both options right here!
