We love you, we really do. But sometimes, cooking for yourself can be a pain in the butt. You have to go grocery shopping, you have to find a recipe that doesn’t take too long but isn’t too easy—and then you have to make it and hope it turns out well so you don’t waste the ingredients.
That’s where we come in! We’ve found the perfect recipe for slow-roasted mojo roast pork that will make your mouth water and your stomach growl. It’s easy enough that anyone can do it, and delicious enough that everyone will want more than one serving (or two). No one will complain about having leftovers when they’re this good!
Mojo Roast Pork (Roasted)
The pork is juicy and tender, and the flavour is out of this world.
Ingredients
- 4 lbs. pork shoulder
- 2 cups Mojo Sauce

PREPARATION Instructions
- Cover pan with foil. Place in 275° F oven for 12 hours.
- Remove from oven and rest 10 -15 minutes. Shred and store hot.
MOJO ROAST PORK (ROASTED) COOKING Instructions
- Wash, Rinse, and Sanitize prep station .
- Wash hands.
- Put on gloves (RTE Food).
- Collect all necessary pans, pots, utensils, and equipment.
- Wrap half pork shoulder in banana leaf .
- Roast in oven for 3 hours with pork ribs .
- Cover with lid.
- Label with name and date.
- Check and log temperature.
- Store in walk-in cooler .
