Ingredients
- 2 qt. Soy sauce
- 1 qt. Water
- 2 cups Sweet rice wine
- 1 cup Dark brown sugar
- ½ cup Minced garlic
- ½ cup Minced ginger
- ½ cup Cornstarch
- ½ cup Water

PREPARATION Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, water, rice wine, sugar, garlic, and ginger in pan and simmer until sugar is dissolved.
- Mix cornstarch and water together add to sauce. Simmer until thick.
TERIYAKI SAUCE COOKING Instructions
- Wash, Rinse, and Sanitize prep station .
- Wash hands.
- Put on gloves (RTE Food).
- Collect all necessary pans, pots, utensils, and equipment.
- Combine soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, garlic, and ginger in sauce pan .
- Dissolve sugar.
- Add cornstarch mixture.
- Simmer till thickend .
- Cover with lid.
- Label with name and date.
- Check and log temperature.
- Store in hot storage.
