Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Tomatillos 10 Serrano’s 1 Bunch Cilantro Salt
- 10 Serrano’s
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- Salt

PREPARATION Instructions
- Boil tomatillos, peppers, and cilantro until tomatillos change color 15-20 minutes. Add Cilantro. Blend with blending wand. Chill.
SALSA VERDE COOKING Instructions
- Wash, Rinse, and Sanitize prep station .
- Wash hands.
- Put on gloves (RTE Food)
- Collect all necessary pans, pots, utensils, and equipment
- Boil tomatillos till they change color
- Combine tomatoes, onions, chillies in large container .
- Blend with blender stick until salsa thickness. Don’t over blend.
- Cover with lid.
- Label with name and date.
- Check and log temperature.
- Store in walk-in cooler.
