We have the best Easy Empanada Dough Recipe. This recipe is super simple, and it is so much better than store-bought!
Empanadas are one of our favorite foods to make because they’re easy to customize and even easier to eat. They’re also perfect for parties, potlucks, or just for a weeknight meal with your family.
This recipe makes enough dough for about 15 empanadas, so you’ll have plenty left over to freeze for later if you’d like! It’s also great because once you’ve made the dough once, you can use it over and over again—just add a few tablespoons of water each time until it reaches the right consistency again.
