- 2 lbs. Empanada dough
- 1 lbs. Empanada Filling
- Egg Wash

PREPARATION Instructions
- Press 3 oz of dough in tortilla press
- Flour empanada maker. And place flat dough on maker.
- Place filling on center of circles.
- Brush half of dough edge with egg wash
- Fold in half .
- Pinch dough to seal .
- Fry in 350 F oil till brown and internal temp is 155 F .
BEEF EMPANADAS COOKING Instructions
- Wash, Rinse, and Sanitize prep station.
- Wash hands.
- Put on gloves (RTE Food) .
- Collect all necessary pans, pots, utensils, and equipment
- Roll out dough and cut out circles for each empananda.
- Place beef filling on center of circles
- Brush half of dough edge with egg wash
- Fold in half
- Pinch and curl dough edge to seal
- Fry in 350 F oil till brown and internal temp is 155 F
- Check and log temperature
- Hold in hot display
