- 4 Yellow onions
- 4 Green peppers
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Wash, Rinse, and Sanitize prep station .
- Wash hands .
- Collect all necessary pans, pots, utensils, and equipment .
- Collect onions, peppers, salt, and olive oil .
- Wash vegetables .
- Cut onions and pepper according to instructions.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill onions and peppers on grill till tender.
- Store in 2 qt. metal pan.
- Cover with plastic wrap and lid .
- Label lid with name and date.
- Check and log temperature.
- Store in hot storage.
