- 12 Butter Buns cut 1” pieces
- 3-4 oz Oil
- Salt and Pepper

PREPARATION Instructions
- Mix oil, salt and pepper. Gently mix butter mixture with bread pieces.
- Place on large sheet pan evenly spread in one layer.
- ake a 350° F for 10-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese, and bake additional 10 minutes until brown.
CROUTONS COOKING Instructions
- Wash, Rinse, and Sanitize prep station .
- Wash hands .
- Collect all necessary pans, pots, utensils, and equipment .
- Put on gloves .
- Cut left over butter buns in ½“pieces .
- Place in mixing bowl.
- Melt butter and add to bread pieces.
- Add Oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until bread is well coated .
- Bake for 10 minutes .
- Mix in bowl with grated parmesan .
- Bake 10 more minutes or until brown, dry, and crunchy .
- Cover with lid .
- Label with name and date .
- Store in dry storage .
