Grill Seasoning
Grill Seasoning is a versatile spice blend that may be used in a variety of ways. Use it to season steaks or toss it on vegetables!
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Star Anise Seed
- 8 oz. All Spice Seed
- 4 oz. Nutmeg Powder
- 2 lbs. Cumin Powder
- 8 oz. Cinnamon Powder
- 1 lbs. Black Pepper Seeds
- 1½ lbs. Salt
- 2 lbs. Onion Powder
- 4 oz. Garlic Powder
- 4 oz. Ground Thyme
- 8 oz. Ginger Powder
- 4 oz. Ground Oregano
- 4 oz. Cheyenne
- 8 oz. Chili Powder

- Grind Anise, All Spice, and Pepper in spice grinder. Grind Oregano. Then combine with remaining ingredients.
GRILL SEASONING COOKING Instrcuctions
- Wash, Rinse, and Sanitize prep station .
- Wash hands
- Put on gloves (RTE Food)
- Collect all necessary pans, pots, utensils, and equipment
- Crush star anise, nutmeg, and cinnamon in plastic bag
- Roast star anise, cinnamon, black pepper seed, cumin seed for 2-3 minutes in dry sauté pan.
- Grind in spice grinder.
- Combine with other ingredients .
- Cover with lid.
- Label with name and date.
- Store in dry storage spice rack.
