Agua Fresca Melon
Cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon that is quite ripe make exquisite aguas frescas.
Ingredients
- 2 Cantaloupes
- 2 Gallons Water
- 5 cups Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Clean and cube Cantaloupes. puree with wand mixer.
- Makes about 1 qt. Strain puree into 2 gal Cambro. Add 24 oz Simple Syrup. Fill to top with water.
